I know that ordering light bulbs through online vendors can be hit and miss, but the problem seems to be amplified when it comes to off-brand bulbs such as these. The low cost along with Amazon's amazing return policy make it an acceptable risk. Alas! I lost this gamble. Not one but two of the three bulbs were defective (I didn't bother checking the third one). The first one didn't turn on at all and the second one would intermittently flicker but only when tapped. (Yes, these were placed in functioning 12v dc fixtures. This ain't my first rodeo). Two misses in the same shipment is a clear sign of a bad product. Sorry, but I gotta say lights out on this one. Better luck next time.*****Update: 4/25/2019*****Litevance, completely on its own, made things right. I quickly received, without any request, a brand new pack in the mail. Lo and behold, the bulbs worked perfectly. They're very nice! They are definitely on the bright side as well as on the warm (or soft) side, just as they should be. I'm very pleased and will continue to consider their products in the future. I wonder if shipping and handling sometimes rattles the darn things in transit ... ?

11-01-2019Packaging was exactly what I would expect for light bulbs. If you ever bought E26 bulbs for your lamp that's what you should expect. My exterior box was damaged slightly by UPS and the bulbs came out fine. It's too early for me to give opinions on long term use. I will come back and update if I have issues long term.I measured 10.9 watts for all three bulbs on my 12v system(12.7v during test). I reversed the wiring and that made no difference in brightness or power usage. The wattage dropped to 10.4 watts at 12.4 volts. Mine came with no wiring instructions but since these bulbs work on AC or DC I wasn't terribly worried about damage from reversing the current. I wired center positive as I always do since some older CFL bulbs I have require center positive.

I ordered these LED bulbs for my outdoor store room that has a 12 volt DC power system. For years I had used my 12 volt utility vehicle sized battery to power an incandescent RV bulb that used 50 watts. It worked well but wasn't very bright and tended to drain the battery pretty quickly. So I thought "Why not see if 12 volt DC LED bulbs were available?" Well I searched, found these and ordered the three-pack. When I installed the bulb and turned it on, it only glowed dimly and flickered. I turned it off and back on again and there was no light at all. Tried a second bulb and got no light. Frustrated, I took a break and pondered why the bulbs wouldn't work. THEN it hit me! Simply reverse the polarity (wires) and see if it makes a difference. Wow, the bulb came on instantly and glowed a bright white color just like the AC powered bulbs in my house. Now I have a brighter bulb that will last five or six times as long without having to recharge my "low-tech" store room power system. It works great and is much brighter than the old RV light bulb.

One buld did not work, as I'm sitting here one is flickering. Cannot recommend.

I am using them in a 120VAC rated outdoor luminaire @12VAC. Love the brightness. The only thing is, I had 1 out of 3 that is defective. I do not know if I have to return the defective lamp or not?

I ordered two packs of the 3000k bulbs and was impressed by the brightness, even at a lower but more pleasant color temperature. And the cost is far lower, especially considering the wattage, than previous 12-volt LEDs I have purchased. But two bulbs out of the six I received would not light up. I contacted Litevance and they quickly sent another 3-pack, all of which work fine. I hope these last as long as advertised but at this point I would still buy more of them.

Same brightness as a regular 75 watt bulb. These bulbs draw 900mAh at 12 volts and 600mAh at 16.8 volt like four 4.2 volt lithium batteries in series. Needless to say I’m making and modifying some emergency lights/ camping lanterns with them.

These are rated for 12-24v. They work well at 12 volts but burn out when powered with 24 volts.Brighter than the 7 watt 12v bulbs.
