EarthWell 40 billion Probiotic Supplement for Women, Men and Children (60 Capsules)

I normally don't leave reviews but I felt compelled to for this product.I am 46 yrs old and have chronic constipation. I also have what my colon doctor said is a tortuous, redundant colon, which means my large intestine is wavy like a coiled snake instead of straight due to my constipation. I have tried EVERYTHING - eating high fiber with lots of water, making sure I eat my veggies, no processed sugar, miralax, etc... Before trying this product I had to have hemorrhoid surgery and I was at my whit's end.This pill has literally changed my life. I took it for 2 wks and didn't see much progress and then I woke up one morning and had the best bowel movement of my life. If I take it every day, I have a wonderful, easy bowel movement. I went on vacation and forgot to take it and was constipated again within 2 days. I was amazed. This is the only thing that works for me. My doctor has told me that this will help my colon go back to normal in time. If you have chronic constipation, go buy this now!!!

Thanks to Amazon Prime, I can usually find what I need at a reasonable price and excellent shipping. A couple of months ago my GI doctor advised me to begin taking a probiotic supplement. We already had some on hand that was listed as having 100M probiotic bacteria that worked well with my IBSC condition. I took these per instructions for about 3 weeks until depleted. As a replacement, I wanted to try something that had more probiotic culture, so after searching Amazon and reading reviews, I purchased EarthWell's 20B Advanced Formula Probiotic. I received the package promptly about 2 weeks ago, as promised, and began taking the supplement that evening. The suggested dosage is 2 capsules daily, so I took them together. I hadn't noticed much of an improvement after 7 days, so I started taking 1 cap in the morning and 1 in the evening, per the package's recommended dosage for "best results." For me, this dosage did not work at all and I returned to taking 2 caps together each morning 3 days ago, which appears to give the best results. The jury is still out for the long term on this particular product, but for now it seems to be working okay, and the cost is fair compared to other OTC brands.

I have tried numerous Probiotics over the years. I always take them first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Normally I can "feel" it working but not these. I even tried doubling up the dose. More constipated and bloated then ever :-( I was hopeful after reading all the positive reviews but they do absolutely nothing for me.

It's a grt product, im seeing the results n feeln much better! I'm on my 3rd or 4th bottle, i even hv my hubby using it, so u know it must b wrkng! Most men hate 2 take meds much less additional supplements, lol. I wud say buy it n a heartbeat.

I have tried many different brands and this one seems to work as well, if not better, than any of the others. I am looking for a probiotic that doesn't give me a "butt rash". But this one also does. I don't think its the product because the others did also. I will buy again as soon as I solve the rash problem.

Reading and educating myself with regards to probiotics and it's effects on a healthy intestinal system and to strengthen your immune system...this fits the bill...and not a huge bill ($$$) either. Simple, effective, cost effective as well. Works. Simple enough.

Difficult to tell exactly how much a probiotic is helping, but it kept my digestive system working on an extended camping trip, when I didn't have my normal homemade probiotic drinks available, so I think that's good proof of it's benefits.
