I’ve had a cheap thin plastic sheet for years that only fit over the windshield, and this one is nice and thick and covers the wiper blades AND the sprayers. No more snow in the wiper well and no more ice on the windshield wipers!! I bought one each for my husband and daughter, then 4 more for my sister and her kids. My friend asked me to get 4 for her family, and I got 3 more for my helpers at school. Should have bought stocks in the company!!

Where I live, we have more ice storms in winter than snow. This silver, quilted cover will shield the windshield from ice or snow. cut down tremendously on the time it takes to clear the windshield in the morning before. The cover also some weight to it so it will stay put even in windy conditions. The bias edging is also stout, made of a contrasting black canvas-type material. The cover is waterproof so it won’t absorb a lot of water and get too heavy to remove. It’s a great solution to an every winter problem!

I recently moved from an apartment with a garage in Seattle to one with no covered parking in an area farther north that gets slightly colder temperatures and a bit more snow. I decided a frost and ice shield for my windshield would be a good idea, so that I could avoid the tedious, time-wasting process of removing ice manually. Rubbing alcohol melts ice fairly quickly, but why allow it to form at all?This windshield cover was an excellent purchase. It is very sturdily made of strong materials, and folds easily when not needed. The flaps near the top on either side are easily folded down to fit between the top of the doors and the roof pillars, and the elastic bands anchor the shield to your side view mirrors even in fairly strong winds, preventing the shield from being blown off.Spring has arrived and it's no longer needed to prevent the build-up of snow and frost, but I still always have it on while the car is parked in my apartment lot because it prevents dirt, dust, and tree debris from collecting on the windshield. When the shield gets dirty, it can be cleaned in 5 minutes with a hose or a wet cloth. As long as I have to park outside in the elements, I will use this shield.

This cover does the job. The material is sturdy and it is very easy to put on and take off. I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee and park in a driveway surrounded by trees. The pine needles drop on the wipers and fall down into the motor and fan area. I am putting the cover on in the opposite direction because the proper direction exposes the corners of the windshield. It's not a perfect fit but is doing the job. I am hesitant to shut the doors with the flaps tucked in as I don't want the door molding to be compromised. The magnets hold the cover in place on the top of the car and are a nice feature. Based on what I am observing it will work just as well for snow. Because I am using it upside down the flaps blow up but the windshield is covered well enough to meet my needs. I suppose snow will be the final test. The cover takes seconds to take off and put on. The material is of excellent quality and so easy to work with. It has done a fantastic job in the extreme heat at keeping the car cool. I have a tissue thin cover on my truck so I don't mind shutting it inside the doors but it is a lot more trouble to work with and like the design of this cover so much more. I'll update my review if it doesn't work well with the snow but for now I'm very happy with it. No pine needles to clean out of my engine. If they made one big enough to cover the whole car I'd buy it!!

In anticipation of the impending snow season I wanted to find a windshield cover to cover windshield of my Honda Civic. The worst part about winter mornings is waking up 20 minutes earlier to clear the snow off the car. I’ve never had a windshield cover before so I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on it in case it didn’t fit right, or I didn’t like it. This is the perfect over with perfect pricing. I loved the design, it perfectly fit for my car or any car i would say, the extra flapper on sides can be locked inside the car so that it can not be stolen. The elastic band can be hooked in mirrors for more stability. I loved the material, its water proof so no need to worry about it being wet during rainy months or snowy months. Glad that I bought this product.

Fits perfect on Chev Colorado.One thing would be good is a little weight on flaps that closes in door. Seems to not be as tight as could be. But it will do it's job. Nice that it covers wiper blades too.

Bought this product hoping it would help me save some time scraping the windshield in the winter, none of the review was for cold weather so I wasn’t sure how it would turn out. I love this thing!! Temperature over night only went down to 28° but my windshield was clear of frost!! I’ve only used it for a couple of days so not sure how well it will do when snow arrives, but for frost it’s been amazing! Definitely worth the money for the saved time out in the cold in the early mornings!!Super easy to put in and off and I like how I secure it in the door of my car Incase the wind kicks up over night. I’ll be getting a second one for our other car that’s camping outside this winter as well :)

I park in a parking garage so I haven't needed this to protect my windshield from heavy snow or sleet. But I did want something that would protect my windshield from whatever was dripping from the pipes above my car and leaving a filmy residue on my windshield that was impossible to get off without going through a car wash. This cover is easy to use and even easier to fold up and store on the floorboard of the car while I'm driving. I love that if I ever do need to use it for snow or ice that it protects the wipers!
