Works best for chronic constipation.
I've tried many products for chronic constipation, but so far this tea works the best. I drink it every other day to stay regular.

takes time
it was written on the box: don't over brew the tea but I did and there was no effect on first day.... it needs 2 to 4 days in order to work as long as it is a herb.. and also it depends on the person and his/her body type... it is little bit expensive...good luck to others
