It does what it claims to do. It is a 65 W which means the cord is not as thick as a 90 W and plug is a two prong as opposed to a three prong (I do not understand the difference for grounding.) As well, the overall length is about 6 inches shorter than a standard one. Bottom line: IT WORKS and was $30.00 less expensive than purchasing it from an office supply store.

Alas I didn't get a discount for writing this review. I just bought the dongle. I works great to extend the life of older HP power supplies, certainly cheaper than having to replace the whole thing. It fits well with my HP Envy 17T. It easily plugs in on both ends and doesn't fall out. For me, easier to carry this adapter than the whole charger. Well worth the price.

We ordered this in hopes it would work with out Dell Inspiron. Unfortunately, it did not. When we returned this item, this very excellent seller promptly refunded our purchase price, no questions asked. This made for a very positive experience even though the item did not suit our needs.

Lets me use HP power supplies that came with the bigger (& older?) Elitebook (755 G2) with the smaller (& newer) Elitebook (725 G2).

it does work as intended. Allows using older Dell adaptors (I have a lot of those) with new 13' Dell ultrabook.

They work on a Dell Inspiron 13 7000 2-in-1. The connector end is just a tiny bit long, but they do work and are cheaper than the Dell variety.
