This is very strong, I found I like it best in a shot glass with honey (I use about a heaping tablespoon) and add warm water. It reminds me of tea but with a little kick. Most importantly I suffered from chronic sinus infections for about six plus months even taking allergy pills every day, so I decided to try this natural remedy to stay off steroids and antibiotics. I felt a sinus headache coming on so I started taking the oregano oil twice a day for two weeks and to my surprise it kept me out of the doctors office and away from meds! I will NEVER use anything else! I also found that it made coughing up phlegm a lot easier.

Use this when I feel a cold coming on or on a bandaid for a cut and works like a dream! Highly recommend this product.

Really great product! I use it with oil pulling (mixing unrefined coconut oil with this and also clove oil then swishing in mouth for 15mins). I also use it when I take a bath and it helps to kill unwanted mold/fungi that cause dandruff when soaked for a while.

I can’t really attest to any remedies it’s resolved…but man this taste terrible🤮I can see why the capsules would be better. Go with those!
