I bought this for my 5 year old. It comes with 2 tails that can be worn as bracelets. The toy itself is a hard plastic. It spins and plays music. The horn also lights up and the base is a strong magnet that pulls off so you can wear it in your shoulder. My daughter has had a blast with it all morning. The $8 price tag is on point. Overall, it’s a decent priced toy that will actually get played with.

It spins and make cooing noises and is fun colors. My daughter is obsessed with it and plays with it everywhere and carries it around. She is 6.
