Terrible, dangerous junk. Avoid at all costs. The frame comes with stickers giving instuctions in English that reads like it was written by a Martian. Presumably translated from the Chinese - badly. This does not inspire confidence. My bike arrived with no assembly instuctions, the ones one the website are useless, and my front locking mechanism simply did not work. Also it bore no resemblance to that shown in the official Dillenger youtube video. Totally untrustworthy. The Dillenger website carries lots of rave reviews - but oddly it is impossible actually to leave a review yourself. I wonder why? The only way top contact Dillenger is by email, and a reply takes 48 hours. I have no faith that they will sort out the problem with my bike, and shipping it back will cost a fortune. My wife has a Freego electric bike instead, twice the price, but superb. Made in Germany.
