but because I work and take care of a household like most women do
I have been using this product for about 3 weeks and have lost 5 pounds. It is vey hard for me to lose weight due to my thyroid condition and the depo provera birth control shot so 5 pounds is a big deal! I also eat out of boredom and due to stress. This product definitely suppressed my appetite. I usually snack alot before bed, but have noticed that I haven't been eating anything after dinner! I usually don't exercise, not because I'm lazy, but because I work and take care of a household like most women do. Since taking this product I have made time to exercise at least 2 times a week! I'm sure it is due to the increased energy i have had lately. I'm not sure if this is a coincidence or not, but i have always had a pretty severe acid reflux problem and took zantac 150 every day. A few days after I started using this product I haven't needed to take any zantac! The drops taste surprisingly good! I can't quite put my finger on the flavor but I think it tastes like Apricot or some other sweet fruit. I love this product and will be ordering more shortly. There is a ton of reviews, its a product where YMMV ( your milage may vary).Bottom line since its what is going to help you decide.Its priced reasonably, i have been mixing it with a meal replacement shake and it does all right to help extend the time between "hunger" but its not a catalyst product. I dont take it for weight loss but fat loss. trying to eat less junk and not snack...Proprice, moderate effectConmoderate if used right, dont expect this to do everything you dream it will.Overall - Would buy again.

best weight loss product
This is my favorite product for weight loss. I lost almost 10lbs since I started using it. I love cooking and I am not slim, plus I had gained quite some weight recently. So I searched amazon and found this product with many good reviews. It is natural and I am uneasy using chemical drugs, so I tried and it works very well for me. Overall this helps me reduce my portions and limit snacks between meals as I fell less hungry.

ive been taking this product for 14 days now
Ive been taking this product for 2 weeks now (14 days) and I have lost 8 pounds.The product definitely supresses your hunger and appetite very well. HOWEVER when it's time to eat your body will definitely tell you. LolIve had a slight energy increase, nothing major.The taste is pretty tasty with a fruit flavor and no after taste.I take one in the morning when I wake and one in the evening before bed..Im excited to see what this product will do as I continue taking it..¤WORD OF CAUTION TO THE WISE¤DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN 2 DROPS IN THE 24 HOUR TIME FRAME!!!!!.... i did and i definitely didn't feel very well(but thats because I didn't follow instructions ).....please read the bottle well and follow the simple YET IMPORTANT directions!

Great appetite control
I have been using this liquid product for approx. 3 1/2 weeks. I think the product works great. It definitely helps control the urge to snack. I also feel like it gives me a little boost with no side effects or shakes. It has a really sweet taste to it, I personally do not like it in just plain water or by itself, I typically add it to flavored water or protein shakes. I have been using it twice a day - morning and lunch. Using this product and watching my calorie intake I have managed to lose 4 lbs. I will definitely continue to buy this product.

Seems to aid weight loss
Seems to help lose weight, when used in conjunction with exercise and diet. It isn't a miracle weight lost supplement, but if your body seems to want to hold to every pound no matter what you do, this may help you lose 1 pound or so per week. My only gripe is that the instructions say to take 20 drops (or 1ml) 2xday, but there are no markings on the dropper, so you have to measure out 20 drops. PUT MARKINGS ON THE DROPPER.

This product really works!
I haven't changed my lifestyle, but I am losing weight. I take it in the AM only, and it suppresses my appetite until dinner. Lost 5lbs first 10 days. Using this has given me the motivation to try harder to lose weight. Great way to start a new diet! Recommended to multiple friends. Thank You!
