This cutting mat is very durable and and has all your measurements laid out right in front of you. The double sided feature is a plus and I'm just learning about the self healing aspect of it. How cool is that! I'm into different types of crafts, from acrylic painting, DIY vases, boxes, and baskets. I needed this mat for scoring and cutting.

Love the product however the box was bent on both sides when I received it . I'm sure the seller would have tried to replace but I could tell it happened during shipment ..Did not return was hoping to no avail I could get the crease out but no ..

I love these cutting mats. I do a lot of quilting... and this is my 3rd one so I can put them together to make a LONGER cutting mat to do my quilting.

Have used it very little so far, but seems like a big improvement over cutting fabric on my dining room table!

Note- I use snap off blades to cut, not xacto blades. This factor may greatly change the durability rating and review I am giving. Difference is I am always using a new to near new sharpness. Using an xacto blade forces users to stick with a blade for longer and causes more pressure to be used. So do know this review may be drastically different due to that factor. My usage amount for one of these boards lifespan was 3 months with 8 hours a day usage. And tiny frequent cuts. I had about 1,644 pieces of tiny designs. I used it till there was really no option. Pro - every zone of it was used once one spot was overused and started flaking. Just because one spot is bad it doesn't make the whole thing go to crud Once one side is bad the other side is like brand new! Stays in place on the surface but easy to move and slide This is one that isn't so expensive that you feel it let you down. This does the job at a level I expect should for the price. I know I am going to do heavy use and will eventually destroy any cutting mat. It takes a bit to get to the flaking or tiny pieces starting to come out. That's what happens when you carve things with a blade. Cons- Doesn't use metric In an ideal world these should never go bad but this is an even pay off. So this may not be one to go bragging to everyone about as I don't expect it to do much other than last awhile. It does allow me to afford to put more money into what I am cutting with and material being cut woth a comfortable work area. User difference info - I do use olfa brand blades for my snap off blades In a dewalt brand holder. No arthritis issues at all with those hours. And the blades are where the true investment to be towards. Circle cutter on it was ok -. grip isn't strong enough to not slide a bit while having to hold pressure down and turning of the device.I don't love or hate this board, I am happy with it because it logically makes sense that it has reached the point of needing to be replaced. I used it a lot and these can only take so many cuts.

Got this as a gift for my mom who enjoys quilting and needed a bigger self healing mat. This is really a great deal and fairly priced! She gives it 5 stars because it's a great clean surface to work on and cut her quilts. Thank you for this product!

Excellent quality, well priced. Clear, precise markings on both sides. Having the extra-large size allows me to lay out every project accurately, with excellent results when cutting with a roller cutter.
