First of all, it worked after long process. First, I sprayed the entire interior - the cling, the floor, carpets, chairs, dashboard, and the steering wheel. The smoke smell "disappear" because it was covered by the spray. I let it sit over night, and the next day, I open the window and let the alcohol like smell go. Two days later, the smoke smell gets strong again. I did the same process 2 days later, same result. Then, I washed all carpets, the floor, and the cling with cleaner and soap. Then I use this product again. After a few days, the smoke smell is down to about 5% of the smell before.So, it works, but don't expect it works magically. You still have to do good cleaning before spraying.

This works, but beware that there is a strong chemical or a disinfectant smell that lingers for a long time (several hours). I have bought both the Big Gone Smoke and their 8 pack of Gone Smoke personal smoke eliminator. The Big Gone smoke is the strongest smelling, and I would use it if I just wanted to get rid of the smoke smell on my furniture and such, but not if I were trying to hide the fact that I smoked. The chemical smell would be a tip off for any suspecting wife, boss, or occasional cop. The same goes with the little ones, but because the smell is not as strong with those, you could use them as a way to not offend others with your smoke smell, this would work fine.

This odor eliminator really works. I recently quit smoking and wanted to get rid of the stale smoke smell out of my car. There was also a strange mildew smell lingering that I need to get rid of and air freshener wasn't doing the trick. So in the evening, I sprayed this all over my car seats, floor and carpet mats. I even went into the trunk and sprayed in there too. Basically, anything that was fabric in my car I sprayed. At first the smell was over powering, however, the following day went into my car to go to work, the car smelled fresh almost like new. It's been five days and the smell of smoke is absolutely gone and my car finally smells clean again. I hate the fact that it's so expensive, but it really does work.

We bought a used couch from a smoker (said they did not smoke in the house), but we have since found that the couch still has a slight smell of smoke. We got the Gone Smoke after reading some testimonials about it and it has done a pretty good job of removing the odor. Drawbacks are that the can leaks all over your hand from the spray nozzle when you use it. It seems to be a very expensive version of Febreeze with the exception being it is in aerosol form.

I think this products works okay-ish.. but the smell of the product is overwhelming .. it's not as effective as OdoBan which comes in at 8.50 at Amazon when available.. Amazon offers many OdoBan products, but the one to get is the spray which has been out of stock for some time. Home Depot also sells OdoBan products but not the spray can - I would not purchase this product again and will wait for OdoBan to be available ..

We bought a vehicle that had been smoked in and since we do not smoke we noticed it every time we got in. I had tried several spray odors and tins of scent you leave under the seat-not to mention a thorough cleaning. Nothing worked-Until This! It actually works. I have never had a product for odors that worked and this does. I am very happy and will buy it again.

Looked online to find something to get the smoke and soot smell from our house after a minor fiasco with our fireplace. The smoke smells in the house was sickening. This product helped to get rid of the smell even after we had used air purifiers, opened windows, other deodorizers, etc. I will definitely keep a can of this around for future incidents involving strong smoke smells in my home.

This stuff really works. You can spray it in one room and your whole place smells like it in my one bedroom apt. at least. I like it. Takes the odors away.
