It's tasty
I used this mix to make some burgers, instructions don't say add water or oil however I tried a small sample before forming patties and the mixture is far to dry.Add some 2-5% water and a little bit of oil.Doesn't taste like kebab IMO but has a nice premium burger taste!This will be my goto for a burger mix and I have tried many!
