This wet-grinder seems to be among the more solid ones. Precision of overall built quality doesn't live up to a high standard. But operation is smooth with acceptable noise. However, since this machine is particularly designed for continuous operation, from several hours up to days - I'd like to add that the device did start to distribute a pungent smell of electronics/plastic after some time. As of wear and tear, the spinning axis within the pot does peel off fine layers of plastic when spinning, which may become an issue after a while. Besides those points I'd recommend this wet-grinder as a very useful tool for grinding all kinds of spreads, mashes, purees, batters and so on. Please be aware that this is not to be compared to a modern blender, which does a quick job in food processing. Instead, this is something to truly take time for processing food. And the results are rewarding with very smooth textures, and this is exactly the niche of wet-grinders where most blenders fall short!
