Very stiff and difficult to open
I love the graphic on this backpack, but the vinyl it is made of is so stiff that it is difficult to open and access my items inside. Also, the metal zipper and handle are so noisy and clang against the backpack as I walk. I wish I had selected a different backpack or purse with the same graphic instead of buying this one.
