EARTHWELLTurmeric Curcumin Extract Anti-inflammatory Supplement, 650mg (120 Capsules)

I was having recent hip pain from trying to exercise doing a stepper type thing. My hip was getting sore and I figured it's just not used to it. Eventually the pain got so bad I quit doing the exercise. I also was having pretty bad lower back pain. I fell a couple years ago "flat on my back" and had ct scans which showed some mild arthritis. That was 2 years ago for the back pain and it's bothered me ever since. I was taking ibuprofen which really wasn't doing anything. I started reading about curcumin so thought I'd try it. some reviews stated takes about 8 weeks of use to feel it's effects but I started feeling a lot better in a week. Now it's been 2 or 3 weeks I've been taking it but all my pain has pretty much cleared up. It's the first time since I fell 2 years ago that I have been pain free. My only complaint is I wish they put the pepper extract (I think it's pepperdine or something) the curcumin is not absorbed with out the pepper extract. A lot of curcumin also has the pepper extract in it already, but this product doesn't. I ended up also buying some of the pepper extract capsules and take those also. I suppose though if someone has an allergy to pepper extract it's nice to have a product that doesn't contain it. They call the pepper extract an absoroption aid on the bottle, it made me wonder if something like papaya enzyme would also work for that purpose. I know for me taking it with the pepper extract has worked wonders.

Listen up folks, I can not stress this anymore when I say you must try Earthwell's Turmeric Curcumin Extract!I'm new to turmeric and I'm extremely pleased with my results thus far!I've been dealing with peripheral neuropathy, tendonitis in both arms, carpal tunnel, TMJ, and bad knees for some time.Was fed up with running to my doctor with all these issues and hated the side effects from the different prescriptions he kept putting me on, none of which was helping! I had less tendonitis pain in my arms, the right side of my jaw from my TMJ pain felt better, and my peripheral neuropathy eased up, considerably, all within 24 hours! I'm now on my 4th full day and have not felt this good in a long time!I stand by what I have said above and even though I'm only on my 4th day, I firmly believe this Turmeric has changed my life and it will do the same for you!

I suffer from degenerative arthritis primarily in my low back, hips and knees. Pain is no my main issue, but restricted range of motion due to inflammation is a problem. I still teach qigong and martial arts and this is beginning to interfere with my classes. I have tried glucosamine with limited success as well as a variety of prescription and OTC meds. The most effective for me was naproxen, but it was beginning to cause gastric issues.After doing some research I decided to give turmeric a try since it has good traditional history and few side effects. I took 2 capsules per day and began noticing a difference after about 12 days. It is now a month later and my knee pain is virtually gone. There is minor back stiffness in the AM, but it fades quickly. More importantly ROM is significantly better. Overall I would say this is about as effective as 2 Aleve tablets per day.The only reason it does not get 5 stars is the occasional bloating I get. This usually comes after eating Thai or Indian curry dishes. Perhaps this is just a tolerance issue. I have recommended this to several friends.

My brother recommended this to me. He has had shoulder pain for a long time and was on ibuprofen 24/7. He had seen many doctors and the best suggestions were the usual pain medicines, yoga, ... While he says this is not a miracle treatment (nothing is), he does say that it has been just as effective as ibuprofen for reducing the shoulder pain, but with absolutely no-side effects. long term Ibuprofen and other pain medications can cause severe kidney and liver damage.As for me, I have taking only one capsule once a day. My brother has been taking 3 a day. I have noticed an overall drop in body pain, but I wouldn't say it is significant. However... I have noticed an improvement in my sleep. Not sure if it is directly related to this, but I do seem to fall asleep faster and sleep through the night and also longer.
