Bought this after our cousin said he tried the line and suggested I try it. After reviewing the ingredients I was impressed as it is SUPER CLEAN and HIGH POWERED. Pure, clean products are usually much more costly as they avoid fillers and weird additives. This has none. Cousin is a runner and he insisted it gave him more stamina. So I am starting to lift again after a few years off and felt having a boost of healthy supplements would help. He was right. I can work out longer and feel I can push myself more. Like anything else it requires time and commitment. This is a great supporter of goals. Bought most of the line and practicing thier Stacking technique. Combo is a winner.

I really recommend if tryn make some gains it works reall good before work out and works good after work out make sure u drink lots water ever day and make sure diet is clean af where you can receive good results

Its good but for me I had a hard time mixing it and settle to the bottom of my glass just in a few seconds after I mix it really good. Plus the taste is so so? Hopefully you will have better luck.

I am satisfied with the product. I'm mixing it with water and juice and can't taste it. There is some texture but nothing that makes you gag. I did taste it when mixing with water alone but nothing too bad
