Adobe Milling Anasazi Beans organic 2 -1 pound bags

this Anasazi bean is high in protein, yet easier to digest than pintos. No need to soak over night, just rinse and cook!! My family prefers the flavor over other beans, throw in a smoked turkey thigh--OMG ! I have tried other growers, and always come back to Adobe Milling!

Great beans don 't need very much soaking. I make it from an old native recipe which only includes other vegs. they would have growen.

Think beans are just beans? Not even. These are the most delicious beans we have ever eating and believe me we've eaten a truckload.

I had heard what a delicious flavor these beans have. I cooked them plain with salt, as I wanted to taste the flavor of the bean without anything added. I personally could not tell the difference between these and pinto beans. As beans go they were tasty and filling, but I did not notice any outstanding flavor in the bean itself. I am sure that if it was used in traditional bean recipes it would be fine, but I did not find them outstanding.

These are the best beans ever! Cook fast also.

They are advertised as organic. They are NOT ORGANIC.

Bags were smaller than the ones I by the store and beans tasted old.
