Purchased and it worked well but two days after the one year warranty expired and it reset from Fahrenheit to Celsius. To reset, have to pry off back cover to access mode button. Setting held for 5 days. I modified back cover by drilling a hole over the mode button. This worked but now it resets about once a day, not good if you want to put device on an out of the way shelf.Alternative is to ask Alexa to convert Celsius to Fahrenheit each time I want the temperature.

It worked fine until just this pst week when the temperature always set back to Celsius - merely limited after I switched it back to Fahrenheit.

Seems like a thoughtful design on the assembly front and the electronics front alike. Hopefully the battery lasts a good while, but glad it ships with one spare battery for when I find out!

PROS:- Provides the figures it's meant to provide- Some cleverness to the design & mounting options- Unobtrusive aestheticCONS:- Has a smiley/frowny face right next to the humidity readout. Seems that the company thinks humidity levels can be simplistically called "good" or "bad." So using it in my terrarium means it always has a depressing frowny face on it. Clearly not a disaster, just distracting- Device can't stand up to use in a high-humidity environment, despite being a tool used to measure humidity. The display on mine is about 30% clouded over with a big blotch now, after a few months of use. It is never drenched; it just sits in a humid terrarium.

For a simple thermometer, this is the perfect product. It even matches the minimalist white and gray colour scheme in my home.I purchased my first one 6 months ago and made sure it didn’t die on me before ordering a second one for the bedroom since it’s a bit pricey for what it is. The battery it comes with died after 3 or 4 weeks. I changed out the old battery with a Sony branded battery and it has lasted me the last 5 months.The temperature seems to be accurate as the two thermometer has the exact temperature (humidity was 1% off, totally acceptable margin of error in my book).It comes with a magnet and a command strip for adhering to a vertical surface. The stand it comes with is pretty hefty and I love the no-logo look - very Muji-like. The screen is simple and easy to see.If you only need a thermometer and something that easily blends in, this is a great product to consider.

This Homidy Hygrometer is wonderfully designed and packaged, comes with a one year Panasonic 240mAH CR2032 button cell battery already installed, very easy to read with its rare 360° HD "e-ink" screen (same technology as Amazon's Kindle Paperwhite.) This has a little matching stand you can set in on, or a double sided sticky matching plastic piece so you can attach it to a wall or mirror, also a single sticky sided magnet so you can attach it to your refrigerator. It has many many uses in many places. But the best thing is it is so easy to read, and is very accurate with its High Precision Swiss Sensirion Sensor. But back to "Adorable", it really is! I highly recommend it and think you will love it, like I do! :)I hope this information was helpful. :)

Love the look of this! I bought it for its size and minimal look, and wasn't disappointed. It took a couple days to fully calibrate but has been accurate since then, agreeing within a few degrees or points with my other thermometer/hygrometer. My only dislike so far is the magnet for the back - I stuck it on in the evening, and sometime during the night the thermometer fell off, leaving the magnet stuck to the magnet board. Haven't figured out a better solution, though probably some Gorilla Glue would do the trick. Overall, I'm very happy.
