Amazon also has the herbal-only Valokordin version, with non-Cyrillic lettering for Western customers. But it doesn't work as well, but still can leave one with the same grogginess in the morning. The herbal version also is used with an eye-dropper. This one has a special top which only allows a few drops out at a time, which is all one needs. I admit I get bad insomnia, and give a couple of shakes into a glass of herbal tea or juice. It is horrible tasting and smelling. But it allows me sweet sleep for a few hours.
