Doesn't work with Windows 7 either. It needs to be clarified here that this card will no longer work with OS older than Windows 7. The only thing I saw was that it wouldn't work with Windows 8.1.AMD whom owns ATI now will no longer support this device.

Try to run in wiindows XP mode
I just bought this for windows 7 machine i do think this card will work you will have to run windows XP mode on window 7 and up...Here is a update i got my card to work on windows 7 ultimate using windows media center not the best a little snowy picture..http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8002
