Solid product
I bought this largely for the interchangeable lenses, as the previous baby monitor was zoomed way too far in, and my wife and I are trying to keep track of a whole bedroom instead of a single corner...we have two toddler boys who like to violate curfew, and the 2 yr old is sneaky about it. Product works great so far. Key thoughts:Pros:1.) The user interface on the monitor is superb. Has good feel, quality button clicks, etc. The things that should have dedicated buttons have them, and everything else is on a straightforward, easily navigated menu. Very nicely done UI.2.) Video quality is good, and the wide-angle lens (bought separately) works better than I anticipated. Great for seeing who's out of bed and up to mischief.3.) I'm always skeptical of advertised broadcast range, but the real world conditions on this are perfectly satisfactory. I am getting a signal through the brick wall of my house, and then 130 yards down the street to the main road at the entrance of my cul-de-sac (at which point I run out of room to walk further). It is reading 1-3 bars signal strength at that range. More than I need.4.) Pairing additional cameras was extremely easy and nearly instantaneous. Nicely done feature.5.) If any of the paired cameras are turned off (or out of range), the video monitor will ding at you, regardless of whether it is displaying that particular feed. The ding alert can be turned OFF in the monitor menu, which I appreciate - if an extra camera is turned off because I want to conserve the system, the dinging gets annoying quickly. But, I also appreciate the ding alert being available...I can foresee a kid-who-should-be-napping getting the bright idea to turn off the video camera while my wife is outside gardening. In this case, she would get an alert within seconds.6.) The camera movement / scanning feature is quite smooth, and moves in very fine increments. Motor is whisper quiet. Awesome feature for a no-Wifi camera set-up.Cons:1.) You get what you pay for. This camera system was 3x the price of the one we returned, and so it feels like an investment. If a kid breaks a camera, I'll be pulling it from their college fund. That'll teach 'em!

Amazing video quality compared to Non-pro version
I bought this as an emergency last-minute purchase when my InfantOptics DXR-8 (NOT-pro) finally died after 5 years of abuse (I can't tell you how many times that thing fell on the floor). I was really hating the non-pro version, and upgrading to the Pro, I can honestly say I am so impressed and feel like I have missed out on such a quality baby monitor all this time. The difference between the video quality between the DXR-8 and the Pro is huge. The range is much better, as the (non-pro)DXR-8 had really shoddy connection between opposite corners of my 2500 sqft house if we were relaxing downstairs while kiddo was asleep upstairs. I have not had any connection issues with the Pro in any room in my house. The ANR feature works well on single camera mode, but turns off during scan mode (as intended). This is not a dealbreaker for me anyway. I was relieved that the mounting bracket and wide angle lenses were interchangeable with my old non-Pro version, so I didn't need to buy replacements on those. I also appreciate that there is a physical button for the volume instead of having to open the menu for it.My ONLY complaint is that I do use the monitor to talk to my older kid sometimes, and immediately after speaking on it, there is a couple-second gap of time after releasing the microphone button where the monitor is still muted and I can't hear my kid since he always responds immediately. I'm going to have to teach him to pause before responding so I can hear.I've been using this thing for 3 days now and I can't stop staring at the crystal-clear picture of my baby sleeping so peacefully on this baby monitor <3

Reliable.
I purchased this to replace a tapo camera that I was using with a couple of tablets. The tapo camera tends to lock up every once in awhile and I wanted something more reliable. This unit works very well. There is one caveat though, you need to keep it away from any other device that uses 2.5 GHz Wi-Fi. I made the mistake originally of placing this camera right next to the tapo camera, which I do still use since I can monitor the tapo outside the house, but the interference between the two cameras cause all kinds of problems with this unit. Once I figured it out and separated them, it works fine. If you see the radio signal indicator on the monitor blinking on and off from high bars all the time that tells you you have some kind of interference.

Exceptional Quality and Peace of Mind
I'm thoroughly impressed with the Infant Optics Pro Baby Monitor! The video quality is exceptional, providing a clear and sharp view of my baby, even in low-light conditions. One of the standout features of this monitor is that it's not connected to the internet, which gives me peace of mind knowing that my baby's privacy is protected. The video and audio quality are both top-notch, allowing me to see and hear my baby clearly. But what really sets this monitor apart is its excellent Active Noise Reduction (ANR) feature, which filters out background noises and allows me to focus on my baby's sounds.Another feature I love is the visual sound indicator, which lights up when my baby makes a noise. This visual cue helps me gauge how upset my baby is, even when I'm in another room. But what's equally impressive is the after-sales support provided by Infant Optics. Their customer service team is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I've had.Overall, I highly recommend the Infant Optics Pro Baby Monitor to any parent looking for a reliable, secure, and feature-rich baby monitor.
