my son loveeees to help me clean so this is nice to give him to “help” me while i vacuum. it’s durable, i mean he runs around the house with it. it’s not too loud. the only issue i think is the back to the vacuum where the balls are opens easily so we have lost almost all of those.

This vacuum is more frustrating for my almost 3 year toddler than it is fun. He cries at least once every time he tries to use it because it is so cheaply made and it is difficult for his little fingers to empty the bin or change out the attachments. Everything gets stuck and requires an adult to help with every little thing. Plus you have to hold the button down to make it work. And the rechargeable battery sucks! Oh, and one more thing, every time you have to remove the battery in order to charge it and unscrew the screw in order to open the battery compartment, it will strip the screw little by little each time until you won’t be able to open it at all anymore.. As a mom, I dislike this toy very much. Since this purchase, I’ve gotten him a different one. It doesn’t have the handheld feature, but works great, more power behind it, and way less frustration.

Bought this for my daughter as she likes to try and grab the vacuum cleaner when I am using. it is a great size for my toddler who is a year and a half however I wish that it would have been a bit more durable. Some of the pieces broke apart within the first couple of uses.

You would think this would be great. It's really just not. The plastic is cheap. The pieces disconnect and fall apart. My son absolutely loves it but he's 2 and loves vaccums. We replaced it with the actual Dyson one and thats much better. The only reason I gave it two stars was because the size is good for his height and it's not very loud. He absolutely could not squeeze the button to make it work though. Very sad.

He loves following mom around the house with her vacuum. Too cute!

The toy is great. It is a miniature version of the real vacuum. The colors are bright and the weight of it is great.Negative is that the pieces come off easily, it would be nice if there was a button like the real one to detach them instead of just pulling them off.The battery dies quickly, and the noise is very low.The vacuum does suck up little dirt, but I would not mind if that feature was taken away for a longer and realistic sounding noise.

My son got the actual Dyson branded vacuum toy for Christmas and after playing with it for almost a year. It stopped working because he's one years old and throws his toys everywhere. I went online to purchase a new one and came across this which looks similar, and advertised that it had other features like real suction and was rechargeable. It was $20 more but I was willing to pay that for the extra features. I received it today and it is a literal piece of junk. The bottom of the vacuum doesn't actually adjust to him vacuuming on the floor, so it doesn't imitate what using a vacuum is like. The parts don't come often on the main piece of the vacuum easily and after changing out the long vacuum piece with the small piece, it already broke off. The stand also doesn't work well. The vacuum doesn't actually sit on it and all of the little beads that I put in the top come out. Yes it suctions, but it also empties out the bottom instead of at the top, so it's useless Because if you suction anything up, it just instantly comes right back out. Since my son had already use the real Dyson he became very frustrated at this right away. i will be returning this. Save yourself the money and buy the real thing.

My nephew loved this toy so much that I may never have to vacuum again! The toy works like the real thing and it was a tremendous hit!
