These work great. You won't be disappointed.
These are great therabands. I had a neck situation come up from arthritis and the functional medicine doctor I saw had me purchase these to increase the strength of my neck and shoulders. In doing this and using the bands for specific exercises, I have virtually eliminated a "dowagers hump" I had developed and now have much less neck and shoulder pain. What I really like about these bands is the fact they roll up and don't take up much room so I can take them with me when we are camping in our travel trailer so I can keep up with the resistance training exercises. Each color band is significantly stronger than the other so you can go from band to band and get a different workout. They have good gripping-ness so you can get purchase on them and do your routine. They wipe off easily with a damp cloth should you need to.

You get what you pay for! They are worth every penny.
I bought cheaper resistance bands thinking they were all the same! I learned a valuable lesson. The cheap one had no stretch, they were impossible to use. I immediately returned them and bought the Therabands. They have excellent stretchability, are wide and easy to grip. They are nice and long making them versatile with the ability to be used in various exercises. I am very pleased with their quality and ease of storing when exercises are complete. Worth every penny!

Good quality
This was exactly what I was looking for. This band gets the job done at a great price.

Works As Intended.
They're not as quality as the ones you get from the therapist, but they work as intended. They stretch too much on the loose areas, anything that isn't with traction on your body. Better example: the band spills too much over your traction-point. If you get a good grip/handful—it's just a small rope. Resistance feels accurate. Very good weight for the set it comes in. I guess that's more speech to comfortability and physical sensitivity. It works well otherwise. You can use this for recovery, for physical therapy "homework," or for posture training. Versatile. They're small enough to wrap all 3 and place them in a plastic bag (sandwich size bag). Durable, as they have not yet torn or broke!

I love these bands!
Great bands for resistance training without using dumbbells. If you have any shoulder issues these are less stressful on your joints while still allowing you to build muscle. Only downside is the bands are a little short if you need to do a workout where you need to stand on them. The blue is your best bet for those types of workouts. All in all I love these bands. They are high quality.

Good for therapy or everyday strength training
I have done calisthenics and weight lifting. After a shoulder injury I couldn't continue my workouts the same way. Physical therapy let me keep some Therabands which I use for recovery of my shoulder. It was a different sensation to use bands as opposed to free weights. The time under tension is increased and your muscles will be challenged, but your joints will thank you afterwards. Bands let me train harder without having to worry about joint pain, as well as my strength and muscular endurance increasing greatly. Anyone tells you that bands are just for rehab have never tried them.I quickly progressed onto the black and silver bands and I've purchased various bands for specific muscle groups. The non latex Theraband typically lasts me 4-5 months before snapping. Something I realized recently was my anchor points possibly caused structural damage so they might last longer now that I've fixed that issue. I use them twice a week extensively. For $15 I'm more than willing to stick with these since trying other bands hasn't yielding much better.A gym membership or a single kettlebell costs more than these, so keep that in perspective.Resistance bands don't last forever, but your body will thank you in the long run.

Not enough resistance
These bands do not have the expected resistance levels as compared to bands we've received through physical therapy. They are weaker.
