What more can I say except I really do love this little diffuser. It seems I've been using various candles & other hot wax melt dispensers to make my home smell fresh & cozy for more years than I care to remember. I even have a small crock pot made especially for liquid potpourri (which by the way seems to be getting harder to find anymore). However nothing else even slightly compares to what this wonderful little gadget does, plus it does it more simply, easily & safer too than having candles, hot waxes and hot liquids around the house when you also have children & pets to contend with possible spills. This uses plain tap water, a few drops of your favorite essential oil, plug it in, push a button and voila!! --- within seconds it's VERY quietly putting out such a fine mist you can hardly tell it's working, but your nose will tell you immediately. You can set it for continual output which of course does not run as many hours as using the intermittent setting. I haven't actually timed it yet but I believe it's been somewhere between 6 to 8 hrs. on intermittent. I also love the beautiful pulsating colors. Again you have a choice. You can leave the colors off, or when a favorite one comes up, a push of the button will hold that color in place until the unit runs out of water and shuts itself off. AromaSoft.......Where have you been all my life? I thought I was a person of above average intelligence but really missed the boat when it comes to knowing anything about essential oil diffusers & still would not if I hadn't seen one sitting on the counter at my chiropractor's office giving such a nice soothing scent & ambiance. It had been a gift so they were not able to give me any info about it. It was a bit larger in size but I doubt that makes it any more effective than my AromaSoft. I checked our WalMart Superstore plus nearly all our other local stores where I could possible get a diffuser immediately & not have to take the time to order one, but had no luck. In fact, I got a lot of strange looks & head shaking as if I was speaking a foreign language (Must admit I didn't feel quite so dumb myself anymore). Next stop.......my favorite online shopping site. Amazon.com. WOW! So many different kinds & prices to choose from so I started checking product reviews. I am an avid review reader before making most of my purchases so I truly hope my review will also help someone else make their decision. Buy it as I don't think you will be sorry. I'm so glad I chose this one. In fact, I have a large home and am going to buy at least two or three more to place in some of the other rooms. I'm so totally impressed with this diffuser that I can now walk by the candle & scent displays in any store and absolutely not be tempted to even stop & look (other than scented oils now of course). I'm also impressed with Fine Line Living, the family owned company who produces these for Amazon as they so quickly contacted me thanking me for my purchase and giving me extra information about the product as well as their 24/7 contact info if I should have any problems. I've had none to date but am pleased to know they care that much about my satisfaction and highly recommend their company and their products.

After much research, I chose this diffuser based on the product and seller reviews as well as the simplicity of the features and ease of cleaning. This diffuser is so simple to operate. The lid twists off to reveal an inner chamber that you fill with regular tap water and essential oil of you choice. The inner chamber has millimeter measurement markings as does the provided cup used to fill the chamber. The lid twists on and locks into place. There are two buttons, one for the light and one for the mist. The light can be set to fade from one color to the next (seven colors total) or it can be set to stay on one color of your choice. The light can also be turned off if you prefer. The mist can be set to repeatedly cycle on for 30 seconds and then turn off for 30 seconds or run continuously. You can also use the light feature without the mist. I have found that intermittent setting is great at night because the water/ essential oil chamber stays full enough to operate for longer than 8 hours. The continuous setting provides at least 4 hours of run time for me before the unit automatically shuts off due to the safety feature that senses when the water level is too low to operate. Also worth mentioning, the diffusser can be cleaned with items you already have in your home! Vinegar, water, a soft cloth and some q-tips and you should be able to clean this unit in a few minutes. For me, if an item is easy to clean, I am more likely to use it. I love this diffuser!Even though there is a seperate area to rate the seller, I would like to do it here because I know when I am reading reviews on Amazon, I only want to look in one place. Let me start by saying the first diffuser I received was defective. This happens occasionally with any product I know... but I was so distraught! I had paid for overnight shipping and so needed my instant gratification....well instantly. So this very disappointed customer called this company's customer service number at 7:30 pm and left a message. From what I can tell, this family owned company is in the same time zone as me. Within about 30 minutes, I received a return call! At after 8:00 pm, that was unexpected and priceless! The defective unit was replaced, my overnight shipping charges were refunded, and the replacement diffuser was shipped overnight priority mail! Why am I so excited about this? Maybe because it is so refreshing.... To deal with a company that seems to actually care about the customer and retaining the customer. As time goes on, customer service has become more and more important to me. I have severed ties with companies because of poor customer service and have remained loyal to others and even paid more for their products for excellent customer service. This company has a great product at a great price and excellent customer service, it's a win win.
