The ingredients list pretty much indicates what you're getting. So far, it's very helpful. The most help I've seen has been with the energy level. Downtime seems almost nonexistent. I can workout simply whenever I get the time. In fact, I feel compelled to work out, which is usually the opposite for me. I've had much more energy with this. I still need to optimize the timing between the energy boost and sleep. While I normally have a great deal of problems, this allows me to get to sleep easier. I have trouble waking up earlier with more energy. I recommend this to any man who wants to get back into a workout scheme with the caveat that there's a lot of strong stuff in this, with unseen consequences over the long term.

I take these at night on days I work out, and I definitely feel like I get more from my workout - I wake up less groggy and with more energy the next day too

The first night I took this I noticed I slept a little deeper longer and woke up with my eyes heavy. Every night is different and some mornings I wake up and don’t notice a difference in my sleep. I’ve been using a T booster also and in a few weeks I can see progress in the gym (leaner and some muscle growth) so it’s hard to tell exactly what is working. I just don’t think this supplement is worth trying again.

Just doesn’t work at all

Pretty decent..Taking 2 pills would knock me out hard and leave a little undesirable effect the next morning, but my muscles feel tighter..Weight hasn't increased much, still no complaint

Works great ! I work out at night time so with all the preworkout its i was strugglinng to sleep . I loveed the Ka-pow pre workout so i thought id try this and just like the pre this worked great . I currently take one a night and dont have issues waking up or that sluggesh feeling .im sticking with this company for the forseeable futire

Didn't get any "pump"

This stuff really gives a restful sleep and great recovery.

Excellent product can feel the difference in the gym. More strength and focus
