First, I'm a VERY critical consumer. I've owned four other robotic vacuums. This is the best in almost every way. The only weakness is the mopping mode. It has a small reservoir and requires soaking the pad. If mopping is a priority to a customer, I wouldn't purchase this. But when it comes to cleaning and not getting lost, it's the best. I can tell that it is very smart. I've closed doors so it's gotten stuck and I've put it down in a different part of the house, and after spinning around and moving a few feet here and there, it seems to figure out where it is and finds its way home. Our house is very spread out, and it has no problem finding its way to the farthest room. The software is easy to use. It is very easy to select one or multiple rooms for cleaning. It is very powerful and actually went under our recliner, which has about a 3/4" metal bar. It was very easy to zoom in and create no-go zones, which I made, where we had extension cords or USB cables under furniture. If you don't, as I hadn't to begin with, it will get caught up in them. I've had it for less than a year, so I can't speak of longevity. I always read negative reviews prior to making a purchase and look for consistency. I didn't find that, nor did I have any issue with anything that was complained about in the one-star reviews. There's been no issue with picking up dirt or crumbs. We don't have pets, so I'm unsure about hair, etc. I like this so much that we gifted a more expensive, almost new vacuum that had some issues with noise on a hard floor, and not being smart, and bought a second Roborock for our cabin.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Had an iRobot S9 for 2 years and it was nothing but a huge headache from the very beginning. Switched to Roborock and the differences are huge, favoring the Roborock. Mapped my 3,000 sqft home accurately in less than an hour. Took iRobot over 3 hours and was still incomplete. I’ve had the Roborock for a few months now and have not had a single issue. It’s half the price of iRobot but far superior. I would highly recommend this vacuum!Works well:This vacuum is so efficient, quiet and accurate. Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is a great tool for daily upkeep. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats so sweeping was a daily dreaded chore. This has been a game changer! It’s great for daily use and has great suction, I never see leftover mess on the floor. I originally bought this because of the added mop feature, which is more of just a light wipe down. The mop on the Roborock is definitely not to be substituted for a real mopping of the floors, but it’s ok for general wiping down of the floors. I didn’t expect a deep clean from the mop feature, so that is fine with me. We have hard wood floors through the house and carpet in bedrooms and it does great on both surfaces. The app was easy to set up and easy to use. I love my vacuum and highly recommend!

I purchased this mop after doing HOURS of research and I am overall pretty pleased with the robot mop! I purchased one of these because I have a toddler who is one messy boy so it helps me keep up with my messes!A few things I love:- it’s not super loud- the app is really easy to work and you can create all different kinds of routines for your vacuum- the price is not bad for what you are getting! It’s not super high end but it’s also not super cheap. It’s a good middle price.- it doesn’t replace cleaning but you definitely are able to clean A LOT less often when using this!A few things I don’t love:- I wish a little more water came out when mopping. It almost seems like it misses spots when you look at the water pattern it leaves (and I do have the setting on to make more water come out)- I don’t love that it only comes with one mop pad- It does suck a little bit that I have to buy replacement bags for the inside but luckily it does last a while!- sometimes I feel like if there’s space between rugs and it’s not good at picking that stuff up-it does seem to push my crumbs under the couch versus picking them up.
