I bought this as recommended from my doctor. According to my latest blood tests, this worked like a charm! I am currently on testosterone therapy and this keeps my estrogen levels in check.

This is a wonderful & effective supplement. I paired this with a Testosterone booster as well, I am full of energy & endurance. My mental focus has cleared & I feel ready to attack. I was unaware of how much testosterone was ACTUALLY in my body & how USEFUL it is until trying this product. I was able to beat laziness & lethargy.I am sensitive to estrogen, & not allowed to consume dairy or eggs because of my body’s reactions. I feel so much safer & better with this supplement supporting me.I was also unaware of how low my testosterone was after leaving the gym for a year. Been taking this product for about 6 months now. DIM it's supposed to block estrogen in men. As we get older we lose our testosterone so I've been taking a few products to boost testosterone and block the estrogen. It seems to work well

I bought this supplement because my husband was at his wits end using otc test booster. He was ready to throw in the towel and go to his doctor to do TRT but wanted to try one last thing he heard about, estrogen blockers. He’s been using this supplement for 1.5 weeks and he has said that there’s a subtle but noticeable difference. First, the excruciating fatigue was gone. Second, the lack of being able to sleep at night was gone. Third, he felt his body was more firm and less loose like his muscles were revitalized and his energy is coming back little by little.It’s not overnight changes according to him, but it’s given him a small boost like opening the shades in a dark room. He’s felt more motivated and more energetic than he’s ever felt in months. He’s starting to exercise to increase the effectiveness of the supplement as well. He has t done anything since June of last year so this is a good sign. All in all, he’ll keep this supplement in the cupboard for the foreseeable future until he’s fully back to himself.

This was not what I was looking for after research. Probably it is a good product, just realized it was not what I needed for my body.
