Went last year to the store in NY. The guy prepared the hot chocolate with cinnamon and nutmeg. Haven't had a better hot chocolate!! Ordering this now, hoping that this would taste the same.

Big let down.
Very disappointed. After the price tag for the quantity, I really expected this to be real chocolate shavings, not powder. Taste was okay, but the powder Ghirardelli white hot cocoa at Target was waaaaay cheaper and much better IMO.
