The description says that these bowls are good for pasta and things with more liquid (in fact, I think that when I bought them they were listed as salad bowls!) BUT- they are teeny tiny and would NEVER work for those things unless you wanted a single bite!!! (They are a good size for a small bowl of individual dipping sauce, or bedside jewelry). I bought them for a holiday gift that was supposed to be under $20, (they were almost $17), but because they seemed like a nothing little gift, I supplemented with another gift and ended up spending close to $40.

I was seeking a small but sturdy and stylish dish that would hold things such as half a sandwich and a side of pasta salad etc for lunch. It’s perfect for that. The smallest one is great for breakfast choices like fruit and yogurt.It’s not as if they don’t show measurements. So if you don’t want small don’t order this

These bowls look ok and are thick. Even though they tell you the size, they seem smaller in person.
