Great GPU!
Great GPU, works perfect after a few months of use, drivers work well, no blue screens etc...(good AMD software), performance is very good for the price a little below a GTX2080 in average, but is also better in many AAA new games. Average power consumption is decent betwen 200-225w on the card and it could be much less on light games with Vsync enabled. I also like about this card the amount of vram and bandwidth, and it has great compute abilities. The card I have is probably below average on the silicon lottery with 1100mv default voltage, and the memory(HBM2 samsung) only overclocks to 1125MHZ.I have 3 settings for my card with stock cooler: 1777mhz @1000mv, 1840MHZ @1050mv, and 1875MHZ @1075mv.Compared to the Vega 64 reference I had before, this card will be around 30% faster in 4K gaming, in games that are optimized for amd cards like Vulkan titles or dx12 the difference could be smaller close to 25% faster(reference vs reference). Also the cooler on the Radeon VII is not that much of an improvement vs Vega 64s reference blower cooler. Radeon VII cooler is as noisy as the Vega64 at the same rpms and also harder to deal with the hot air generated by the card since is not a blower cooler like vega64 reference.

Great for 1440p gaming
Amazing graphics card coming from a 290x to this I am amazed and paired with a ryzen 2700x at 1440p this card is fantastic and is food bang for buck.

For People who game for 7 hours straight!
The Radeon VII marks AMD's return to ultra high-end gaming and as with every review of AMD's GPUs, everyone starts by discussing the new standard go gaming visual fidelity.Reductions in Blurriness and FuzzinessThis has increased again over Powercolor Red Devil RX Vega 64, the final rendered frame is cleaner and better than the outgoing (20 months) old GPU architecture. You will appreciate this when gaming for extended periods up to 7 hours. Not all games will benefit from this improvement in visual fidelity because the game does need to use more demanding texture assets. Games like Fortnite, Dota 2, CS:GO, etc will not benefit as they have less demanding texture assets. But, the new standard for visual fidelity will be most beneficial in newer games like AC Odyssey, Forza Horizon 4, Far Cry New Dawn, The Division 2, CIV 6 Gathering Storm DLC, Star Wars Battlefront 2, etc.FPS TestingFor this testing, only official PC games with in-game benchmarks will be used that I own; only the Official Game Developers FPS counters/results will be used. The in-game benchmarks will show less difference between GPUs because Game Developers include a representative cross-sections of their PC game. Most PC games have entire segments of maps that are less demanding for GPUs, which wipe out a portion of the FPS differences between GPUs around similarly performance points compared to the most demanding parts of PC games. For example, Hitman 2 has 7 maps and only 2 maps are demanding of GPUs: a) Miami; b) Mumbai. 71% of this game is played on maps that will show low differences between GPUs around a similar performance metric.AMD Labs' released FPS result for 25 PC games at 3840x2160p. The average difference was 28.59% between the RX Vega 64 LC versus Radeon VII. The switch to in-game benchmarks will show around a 4% lower difference between the two GPUs.New target Metric=24.59%Next, Fallout 76 (68.35%), Doom 2016 (33.18%) Battlefield One (35.98%), Battlefield V (33.19%), The Witcher 3 (33.82%) cannot be benchmarked as they do not have Official Benchmarks Tools provided by their Game Developers, which will reduce FPS difference by 3.3%.New Target Metric=21.3%Finally, my Powercolor Red Devil Vega 64 averages out to be 2.7% slower than the RX Vega 64 LC model on the stock Power Plan used by AMD Labs.New Target Metric=24%Therefore, using Official Benchmarks Tools, we should expect to see around a 24% performance increase between these two GPUs:1. Therefore, no real surprise in the performance delta for the Radeon VII, but a big surprise in power consumption.Returning to power consumption, Radeon VII draws identical power to a GTX 1080TI Founders Edition for PC gaming and about 30watts more than the RTX 2080 Founders Edition. The 300watt TDP rating appears to be Compute or OpenCL productivity watt limit for things like Blender, Luxmark, etc.StabilityRadeon VII makes the outgoing Vega 64 look a tad quirky and twitchy in the stability department.I experienced no games crashes for testing 13 games and no game crashes since I've had the Radeon VII that brings up the total of games it's run stable on to 17 (this included the Beta for The Division 2 and a trail of Anthem).Overall, a 5-star product from AMD, visual fidelity is up again, stability is improved on X470 platform and power consumption has decreased simultaneously to a significant increase in FPS over the 20-month-old Vega 64 architecture.

Awesome cardbfor both work and play. And are more or less selling these at cost as 16bg of hbm memory is no cheap. Bests rtx 2080 in some games and pars on others. Little hotter than nivida but worth it. Go team red

Card died after 4 months use
Not impressed with the durability / reliability of this item. I have a mini ITX setup using a Lian Li TU150. I took it on holiday with me and I don't know if the case took a knock during the journey. there was no damage externally / internally, but when I turned the PC on there was no HDMI output. I plugged in a Displaylink monitor and the PC had booted into the OS. I checked the device manager and the card was not recognized. I tried to reinstall the drivers and that failed as the software could not find the card. I removed the card and reseated it and tried boot up and this time there was no HDMI or Displaylink output. I took it to a local electrical repair outfit and they said the PCB is dead and there are no spare parts available. I've never had a GPU die on me before. I'm just glad I didn't spend the £800-£1000 these things are going for now. Don't waste your money they really are no worth it.
