I'm very pleased with this light. It replaced a bulky, multi-light fixture that was in my condo when I bought it. This new light brings a welcome modern vibe without sacrificing any brightness. I think that this fixture is unusual in that it supports three 150w bulbs for a maximum of 450w. That is a lot of light! It is on a dimmer and I am super happy that I can have low, intimate light at the dinner table and massive, bright light when my friends and I play cards.My electrician and I didn't have any issues getting the glass diffuser level. Installation was pretty straightforward. It definitely benefits from having an extra pair of hands to support the diffuser while the bolt and washer are tightened.For heavens sake, install the light bulbs from above! It's super easy if your ladder/step stool is high enough. DO NOT remove the diffuser to install bulbs: absolutely not necessary or recommended.

We wanted a new look in our open floor condo's dining area, but because of the HVAC ductwork, the outlet wasn't centered over where our dining room table would be located. Using the shortest stem provided with this fixture allowed us to create a semi-flush appearance minimizing the "off-centered" look a longer stem might have created. We had the fixture professionally installed so I can offer no rating on the ease of assembly or installation, but we have the fixture on a dimmable switch and find it easily bright enough to cover the entire space even without it being at the brightest setting. This fixture offered us an attractive update from the twenty+ year-old frosted glass inverted bell pendant we replaced. Next...those ceiling fans!

The box was crushed in shipping, damaging the shade. Amazon arranged for Kirchner to ship a replacement shade. Great customer service! Easy to install. I had an issue with the glass diffuser being level that other reviewers have noted. I gently bent the spokes of the shade, which leveled and centered the glass diffuser. I am very happy with this light fixture.

This lamp is nice looking when you finally get it to work. But like other reviewers it is very hard to get the glass to be level. We ended up having to shim it with pieces of felt.

The shade on this light was a real fail. The first light we received had what looked like cracks in the plastic shade.The fabric covering was filled with wrinkles and the seam was poorly executed. We exchanged for the same light and had issues with the shade again. Tiny spider type cracks which really were prominent when the fixture was illuminated. We were unable to get the glass bottom to lay flat, one portion was always lifted. The light is certainly an attractive design, but the execution was poor. Both lights were returned.

Love this one. Perfect for my use and size of the hallway. I put the fabric of my choice over this light to match the stairs. Save me a lot of $$. I agree with previous reviews that the glass is hard to level. However it is high up in the ceiling, it does not bother me too much. The customer service is excellent. I email them for a missing part. It was sent to me within a week.

The fixture was not very substantial. The return process is ridiculous. They have e ot in their possession but I have to wait 30 days for the refund. I do not recommend buying from this vendor.
