This is one of the most convenient and easy products I've ever purchased. My boyfriend has a serious caffeine addiction and when we run out of coffee or he's too lazy to brew a cup, he reaches for this. Seems like a lot of dirty chais out there are either super heavy on the sugar or on the coffee, making it completely undrinkable or too bitter to stomach, but this one is perfectly balanced. I've tried it with both milk and water and they're both delicious - try it with whole milk to get a coffee shop style creamy latte. As someone who has saved hundreds of dollars making my dirty chai lattes at home, I can't recommend this enough!!

I used to go to Starbucks a lot when I worked at the office. This is an even better substitute.

Package was dirty, faded, and sticky. Had a weird set of three holes punched in the back. Apparently I cannot return this item or replace it, so I warn you to be careful.

This product is too sweet and has the consistency of a milkshake. The seller does not take returns. Very disappointed with the product.
