Effective without the strenuous exercise and diet
Took it for two months and worked decently. Lost 7 lbs on it without exercise or additional activities. was not on a diet because I don't do diets and it was still effective. However, I don't eat a lot of junk food. Will continue on it for my last 10 lbs. If your looking to lose weight fast then this might not be for you. Weight loss is done gradually. Keep in mind to drink lots if fluid, mainly water.

I don't feel any change at first but after 2 wks.of continous use, I move lighter and notice I am no longer craving for carbo. Even if I am taking my meal, I don't really eat the amount My body is used to.
