Purchase one several months ago for general use at work rather than carrying a bulky utility knife. Found that I was using it more for general cutting than my multi-tool. Then I started to use it to open large appliance cardboard boxes (stoves, washing machines, refrigerators). Works as good the utility knife. I still have a need for the heavy duty blade in the multi-tool, but for most cutting the Gerber is my go to now. It is so easy to keep sharp and takes up very little pocket room. Purchased this one for every day carry when not at work.

Tuff as nails, blade will NOT come out or get jarred, it's screwed into the tool making it all one piece.It would be a little more comfortable in the hand if it were shaped like some of the others out there. I notice after hours of using it that it's a little uncomfortable but not a deal breaker.My reason for buying this is I hate blades that come loose while pressing hard and cutting. This knife solved that problem 100% and leads to more accurate cuts and a very pleasurable experience vs hating your knife always loosing the blade.

Very great knife! I primarily bought it for when I carve wood as my hands are small and what I was originally using was too large and was used to using a box knife to carve anyway. With use its very sturdy and with the simple screw to hold the blade in, it seems to stay in place nicely, all be it a bit loose. Now I pretty much use it for everything and it has been a few years since purchase, I have used it religiously and it has yet to fail just yet! Worth the buy!

Very handy box cutter during move. Took a minute to figure out how to close it ( push little lever inside blade handle) and just always in your pocket when you need it.

Best pocket knife I have ever owned. A wise man one told me, “keep it simple stupid” and this knife does exactly that. If you are in the trades this is a great knife for you. I worked a lot with Romex wire, drywall, insulation, and LVT flooring. All things that you need to use a razor for. This knife does great. You really can’t hurt the metal body and there isn’t any plastic on it so you won’t break it. I would buy it ten times over. Well worth it. (Side note: you may want to buy some replacement blades, no storage in the knife for blades).

I've got a few EDC knives and this little workhorse is my knew daily carry. While it's a challenge to open one-handed, it's well built. I don't actually care if it gets scuffed. The best part is, no more blade sharpening. Pop in a new blade, swap ends when you need it razor sharp, and recycle when dulled. Genius idea.

It’s sharp. Like, 6 stitches in the thigh sharp. That was my own fault but.. it’s sharp 😂😂
