Fragile! Poor airflow!
The cone incense holder restricts airflow to cone incense and it keeps going out. I have to put the cones in the ash catcher tray meant for stick incense in order to to get the cone incense to burn all the way. Doing this stains the beautiful design and the product must be cleaned of ash frequently.The product is fragile. The tip of one of Isis' wings broke off while I was trying to clean the product!
