Good Dark Line
I use these leads in my woodworking shop to lay out straight and angled cut lines. I have to use the B as it is easier for me to see. I know some think it's too soft for woodworking but, if you draw with a soft hand, you won't have any more breakage than with harder leads.

Noticeably darker than HB#2
This is my new favorite, edging out my 0.7mm 2B. A drawn line is ever so slightly darker than the 2B, even with the narrower lead. On mixed media paper the amount of scratchy resistance is in the good range for me as a left handed person. Bring a softer lead it is a tad more fluid than the HB but it’s not distracting. My script is still neat. No issues with breakage and no smudging to speak of. I only write I do not draw. I like it.

Great Lead
This was my first time trying out 4B lead, and while 4B lead isn’t for me, I’m still very satisfied with the product.

Couldn't get it opened
There were no directions and I could not get it opened, I finally broke the top and then figured out how I should have opened it. I wish there were some directions on it. Now I have tape holding the lead in. On another note, the lead is fine.

Nice dark leads
Smooth and dark leads. Better than just hb leads. Pack of 40, will last a while. Use them for regular note taking, and these work great. give it a try, you will love it.

4B Lead Refill
The quality is great. Even though it was shipped with larger heavy items, all the lead was intact. I’ve purchased this brand specifically as it writes smooth and it is exactly the exact right darkness for a 4B.
