This is an amazing product. Even the packaging was startling in its quality. The case screws together. It comes with a hex key.Pros: it is a sturdy well made case. It is heavy and looks amazing.Cons: the same as I’ve discovered with all waterproof cases - sound not as clear, signal is not as strong. So certain places it won’t pick up where before it would. The side of the screen you have to push harder when texting.Strange cons: the camera has a yellow cast at the bottom - I bought the yellow case.Possible or future cons - the cover for the plug dangles when the phone is plugged in. It may get worn down.The case does allow for wireless charging. I tested the waterproofing, with out the phone in, and it works.I loved it so much I bought one for my Mom. Folks at work loved it so much a couple of them bought it too. We work as nurses so waterproof and keeping it from breaking when dropped are paramount.If they made this for the Galaxy my Dad would have bought one as well.I got the iPhone XS Max Case.

The case is lifeproof and waterproof. Worked perfectly for my phone. Especially in a busy warehouse environment

It’s certainly a tough case but has a lot of issues. First, there is a baffle over the speakers that destroys the sous quality of anything you play through it. I had to poke a paper clip through it to fix that. The screen protector makes it almost impossible to to use the phone without pressing hard on the screen. The switch for the silent mode is way too easy to flip by accident and shifts with a light brush. Finally, charging cords do not fit into the charging port. I’ve tried 4 different cords from different brands. Side note, the camo pattern has started pealing off on the back of the phone. This case was not a good choice and I wouldn’t buy it again. It’s only been a few weeks and im fed up with it. The XS max is waterproof from the factory and this water resistant case is not well thought out.

This phone case is very sturdy with 3 major flaws. The first major flaw is the case design, it weakens your cell signal strength in a major way. I always had 3 to 4 bars before I installed this case, when I got in rural areas I had zero signal. However, I did find a simple fix for this issue. You need to turn LTE off. After turning LTE off in my cellular settings my phone worked perfectly and I had 3 to 4 bars everywhere. The second flaw is the touch screen protector. It scratches very easy and starts looking bad after a few weeks of use. I work construction so my phone is abused in a serious way. The third and most annoying is how close the case inner edges come to the q and the p buttons on the keypad. My thumbs are large and I find myself hitting the w and the o almost every time. Very annoying. That being said, the case is very durable. I dropped my phone off of a 8’ ladder and no damage.

I love this huge, heavy, hideous phone case. In the last few weeks, I have broken three phones. I don’t know why because until now, I’ve never broken one. After the third destroyed screen, my husband told me I’m grounded from frilly, little phone cases, and bought me this brick.It works great.Sometimes, I have to really press the screen for it to respond. Not sure if it’s the screen protector, or the fact that this is the third replacement screen on my iPhone.

Overall it seems quite durable and the touch screen works fine.However, there are design flaws.To seal the case I had to tighten 6 screws that require a small allen wrench -- one is included, but I wouldn't carry it around and probably would lose it. I have no idea what they could be thinking, but this is just dumb.Also, to use the vibrate/silent on/off switch there is an unintuitive button-like toggle to do so. However, it does NOT WORK, it is stuck on silent and I will have to open the case to fix this. (unforgivable issue and I will have to return this case).Do not buy.

This is a great product. I was washing my car one day and left my phone on top of my wife’s bumper, she drove off to work and I realized that I left my phone on her bumper. Ended up finding my phone my by our round about which is very busy with traffic. My phone must’ve been ran over a couple times by cars. When I found my phone, I thought it was destroyed just by the look of the case when I took out all the screws the phone was like I always had it in perfect condition I am assuming that the screen didn’t break because I had templated glass on the phone. So between both items my phone was salvaged thankfully. I highly recommend this product.

The phone case is great in always. The only thing I didn’t like was the built in screen protector, is seemed like it was flimsy.
