Jumper Ebook 3Pro Slim Laptop, Windows 10 Laptop 13.3" FHD Bezel-Less 6GB RAM 64GB ROM Quad Core Dual Band AC WiFi Notebook

At looking at numerous low priced options and looking at reviews, I ordered the Jumper EZbook 3 Pro. It came quickly, was packed nicely and powered up fine. Windows 10 Home loaded in a reasonable amount of time, activated, updated and did all the things one would expect. It is as advertised (almost). Aluminum body, nice screen (1920x1080), 6gb ram, 64gb flash hd, Intel N3450 processor and appears nicely built for the price. It even came with what I believe is supposed to serve as a manual (very minimalistic). The power supply has a 4' cord. What more could you want for $220?Minus 1 starNow concerns that I had. My expectation was that it had a working M2 expansion slot. It does have a slot open. The challenge is it is not recognized by Windows. I tried two different M2 2242 ssd's from 2 different manufacturers. After searching online apparently you have to get into the bios and tweak some of the settings to allow this to happen. Aggravating that, is that you cannot change anything on this unit. The bios on this unit is locked down. The only options are boot order and save & exit. In researching this on the internet I found, this model was originally launched in 2017. It is currently on v6 I believe. Some of the units ship with a Bios' that include 'Advanced' and 'Chipset' tabs. Mine did not. There is even a tutorial on one forum (a forum independent of the manufacturer) that brings you step by step to tweak the bios code, opening up the suppressed tabs. Yeah, I'm not going to do that.Minus another starI found a website of the manufacturer in China. I wrote to their support site on their contact page. I never heard anything. So expect zero support. You will not be disappointed.The micro sd slot works fine. So your expansion capabilities for file storage are there.I decided to ship this one back for a replacement. Amazon was great. Jumper not so great. We will see how the replacement unit is.Its really too bad. This unit has great potential. Just know its limits...Updated - I received the new unit very quickly. After a few attempts the M2 expansion slot on the new unit is working. I'll keep the ratings as is. Minus one for having to screw around like this in the first place and another for zero support, either online or email from the manufacturer.

Esta computaroda ha sobrepasado todas mis expectativas. Es rapida, el teclado es muy comodo. Su pantalla es muy extraordinaria. Se siente muy fina y muy bie terminada. Le compre este disco adicional y el movi el page file a nuevo disco y esto la ha hecho aun mas rapida. This laptop is very good value! it's a solid build, has upgradability and for its price, 6 GB of ram is great. I ordered a 128GB m.2 SSD to install windows on and it made the laptop very speedy and performance is great. However, a few major issues that must be considered:1. The Keyboard: it's just bad. like... really bad. the feedback is horrible, it's hard to press, the layout is bad and it's very easy to turn it off by mistake.. typing on it is a very miserable experience and I had cheaper laptops that provided much better typing experience.2. The charger: more specifically, the cable... it's just way too short! I really don't understand the point of making itso short.3. battery life: maybe I'm spoiled and used to a much better battery life, but this laptop averages about 4.5 hours of battery life for me which is acceptable but nothing to brag about.4. last because it's really minor.. but the laptop can't be opened with one hand, you have to hold it down to open it, I really don't understand the point of this decision...If you are ok with all the downsides I mentioned and manage to catch a good deal like $220 base price like when I purchased, it's a good student or lightweight tasks laptop that provides very good features for its price. I just wish the keyboard was better and I could ignore all other flaws and give it a 5

For 90% of the peoples needs this is a good product.Its a simple laptop with many good solid features.Camera, Mic, USB3's, mini hmdi, and a really nice lightweight case too.Windows runs good, web is as expected (not bad), has room for space expansion as well.I am one of them 10%ers thou.A bios update is in DIRE need. (no customer wants to code the bios)

You get what you pay for. The laptop is fine. But the quality of the overall product, the buttons, the screen, the power chord - which is very small and non standard, breaks easily. Hard to replace.

At first this laptop was great! I loved the size, weight, and clear high resolution screen. However, after only 10 months the battery is shot! It won't hold a charge for more than 15 minutes!! Save your money and buy a more reliable laptop from a reputable source!!

Says right in description of this that has HDMI hook up which is not true,it does not.Nothing like misrepresenting a product.Maybe was a good price but don't say it has all this stuff when it does not. So warning! Watch out for this product,it isn't what it says it is.Your paying for something your not getting,so sad.

Bought this computer in October. It started displaying restart messages the first time I used it. By the beginning of March the hard drive no longer worked. Contacted the company for warranty repair and shipped it back. That was a week and a half ago and no response from the seller. Not sure if they are actually trying to fix it or not. I would definatelt not buy another item from this seller.
