I have bought so many sets of these and give them to my massage clients. They are the perfect size to get into spots that need extra attention - shoulder blades, jaw, hips and feet. My clients love that they can keep working on the areas that are problematic for them between massages.

The media could not be loaded. I bought them for anti aging massage. Use it daily, but I don’t need three, use only the medium size. The big one is too big for face massage, the smallest one is too tiny to easily roll it all over the face.So the perfect option for me would be 1 ball of a medium size. But in general the balls are firm, and are a good fit for face massage

I used this to work out tight muscles after several herniated disc and 4 surgeries. These changed my life. From being disabled to being able to do things again. I just lay on my bed and put one under me where it hurts on my muscles ( not my spine!!). Then move to a new spot after a couple of minutes. They broke up all the adhesions and frozen muscles so the muscles can work properly again. My pain went from a 7 every day to a 3 only when I try to sit on the ground. It’s not a quick fix. You can tell a difference after a month or two. Now I use them everywhere to keep my muscles healthy.
