First I will start with the air vent holder part, I found it completely useless. I have three phones, all of which the holder states it works with, but when I placed my iPhone 6plus in the holder using the air vent it kept moving downward. With it fully tightened the holder just kept moving downward as if it could not support the weight of the phone, I then tried my Samsung Galaxy S6, which is a smaller phone and again the bracket could not support the weight of the phone.I noticed that the ball that fits into your he socket seems slightly smaller than the window bracket, fully tightened there is still play within the bracket, as were the window bracket has no play, movement, once fully tightened.I have the holder attached using the window bracket, which is quite an awkward bracket that does not allow much room for positioning, due to the limited movement on the ball and socket, the bracket is restricted and rather ugly.The phone holder itself is noisy, I do realise it is motorised for the arms to move but I was not expecting the noisy motor, which seems to open and close at the slightest movement of my hand which makes it rather annoying when the only place I could place it is to the right of my dashboard above the wiper switch. When driving it keeps opening and closing as my hand moves the steering wheel, which I cannot understand as the sensor is hidden by my phone.In the plus side the suction cup is extremely good, I have to really pull hard to get it off which is bad due to the limited space I have to place it on a suitable area of the windscreen. Not sure on how quickly it charges the phone, I had 6% battery left on my iPhone 6plus and with it on the holder for about 10 mins the phone did not bleep when I removed it from the holder, so I guess it is fast enough for it to charge above 15%.The included cable is a decent length, please note it is a special cable so if you wanted a longer one you will need to search for it.Despite the dislikes I have got the bracket and noise of the motor I do like the holder, I have a special case on my iPhone 6plus to allow wireless charging and the holder still grips it enough to keep the phone secure.

Good auto open and close, it does open and close as soon as I start the car. If you are wanting to make use of the fast wireless charging then make sure you have a powerful enough car charging port, also the supplied USB c cable will not allow for fast charging, so you need a good quality USB c cable. My phone is a Samsung S9+ and it was a lot of trial and error with different cables and different car chargers before I got the correct combination, thus is because Samsung is very restrictive on the cable type used. I didn't bother with the car vent clip as it did not support the weight of the phone, I knew it wouldn't before buying, so wasn't disappointed.

My holder arrived yesterday and I started using it this morning on the way to work.Unfortunately the holder opens and closes randomly which means my phone ended up bouncing all over the car and being damaged in the fall.This could have caused me to have an accident....Not happy

Used for a few times already. The installation didn't take too long. It's easy to fit and easy to use. The charging is stable during navigation. I would say this is a good product and worth of money.
