Works fine, just don't order it in the summer. The capsules all stick together and make it difficult to get out of the bottle.

Two months ago my doctor told me that my lab results showed that my liver enzymes were elevated. She ordered additional lab work to rule out hepatitis. I did some research on elevated liver enzymes and found a great article about fatty liver disease, which is very common, and how it can be prevented and even reversed with Milk Thistle. I started taking Life Extension's European Milk Thistle shortly after that visit. I just had a follow-up appointment with my doctor and my latest lab results were normal. I did not change my diet. The only thing I did differently was to take one Milk Thistle capsule a day. I highly recommend this product!

It has been working good so far

I have been using this for around a year and seems to be an excellent milk thistle product that works well needing just 1 pill I take before bed. For a few dollars more Life Extension also has another version of the European Milk Thistle Life Extension European Milk Thistle-Advanced Phospholipid Delivery, 120 Softgels that has phospholipids also to enhance absorption and is therefore suppossed to be an improvement to this version. That version is using 2 pills in divided doses instead of 1.

Originally started with the liver efficiency formula and did not get the results I wanted. It was suggested to me to try the milk thistle instead and I did. Within two weeks I noticed a reduction of the toxic liver symptoms which is great. I will continue to purchase this product.

Really have gotten into my wine lately, actually looking in to becoming a sommelier. I have no known liver issues, but, from what I hear, this stuff is great at making sure the liver detoxes. If I get any labs in the near future I will update.

Been using this milk thistle for years. Amazing product. Helps lower liver count within weeks. This is much more absorbable than regular milk thistle.

These are not softgels as they state in the name. They're actually powder in capsules (which it does state on the bottle itself). I prefer the softgels but will deal with these for now, as Life Extension is a reliable quality brand. They're my go to brand for supplements and milk thistle is one of the most effective and important supplements for liver health in addition to it's many other benefits.
