Customer service was great! They contacted me to ask if I’d like to change my order to have the left hand sided panel, which I hadn’t seen online and really appreciated. These look amazing, match my house, and have been up for months and still look fantastic. Just be warned that though installation was simple, it was still a chore with three adults putting them on together. If you plan ahead and have enough people, it’s so worth it!
