Great customer service
Lights are simple RGB, worked very well daisy chained together (I have 6 daisy chained) and are very quiet! I had one that failed out of box (I'm not one to complain when this happens, it does happen). I contacted customer service and their response was quick and they shipped a replacement even quicker! Very happy!

Pretty decent rgb fans but a little pricey
The media could not be loaded. I spent some time looking for RGB fans that's compatible with MSI mystic light and found these fans for a reasonable price but they have increased it since. I bought a pair to act as top exhaust fans for my custom build pc.Pros:*Compatible with Mystic light (and most likely other mobo software i.e. aura sync)*Noise level is pretty low.*Colorful, bright rgb lights (not argb)*Very easy to install and the manufacturer included a helpful video as a guide. Watch it.Cons:*A little pricey.* My delivery was delayed by a few days. Not sure what went wrong there.Overall this is a pretty decent RGB and quiet fan. It looks like its well made but only time will tell how long it will last. I will update accordingly.
