Bag arrived with a hole punched in it. Beans stale. No aroma. I'm inclined to think it was shipped this way, knowingly, since the bag obviously wasn't vacuum sealed.Full refund offered immediately, so I'm changing rating to 3-stars. 1 star since I can't comment on quality of product. 5 stars for service recovery. Averaging out to 3-stars.
