Easy to use
The media could not be loaded. Takes a bit of muscle to pull with your arms but a little strength training can be good! Nice way to stretch vertically if you don't want to get down on the floor. Can help you practice needle or other standing poses. Sturdy and easy to use simple design. Make sure your door is tall enough for you

I've seen improvement
My flexibility has increased greatly. I find when I am consistent with it, I rest better and am more comfortable when I have to sit for extended periods. It has helped to improve my overall circulation and nightly rest. The strap is durable. I would prefer a wider/thicker strap so it remains unwithered. I can see how over time one must become more self reliant for stability.

Feel great and seeing results in 10 days!
Been using this daily since i got it! Absolutely LOVE IT!! My posture has improved and i can ALMOST do the splits! So easy to set up just throw it over a door. Theres a card to show you poses to use but i also looked some moves up on youtube

First one I recieved was defective and the o ring came apart after the 2nd use. Was sent a replacement free of charge and it has worked wonderfully. Thank you so much!

It’s very simple but somehow complicated... not really practical. Maybe better instruction will help

Great for adult beginners
I am on a weight loss path and this is helpful. It's a great way to learn to stretch and therefore exercise body muscles. YouTube has videos on stretching techniques, & it feels good. You won't look too elegant at first, but it feels good. I hope to learn to do a split.

Great product, even better company and service!!
My daughter bought this and the first one wasn't working as we expected. I reviewed it and indicated it wasn't working as expected. I immediately got a customer responded, asked what was happening, replaced the product and the new one is working great! It's everything my daughter wanted and she uses it all the time for dance! Great product and even better customer service!! It's hard to find quality products and service today and I would recommend and buy other products from this company.
