I purchased these for my elderly mother who lives in assisted living. I did not catch that these were very tiny tablets. You would think such a small tablet would be easy to swallow. I recently tried one and it got stuck at the back of my throat and I had to gulp a bunch of water to get it down. I now realize I need to stick with capsules. If you have a family member with dementia I don't recommend these. Stick with capsules that are much easier to swallow. I'll have to find a way to take these with food to not have swallowing issues. Other than that the brand has always worked for me. But pay close attention labels as I ordered them based on price to save money. Always scrutinize the label to make sure you get what you are used to.
