Great quality!

I got this for my son to take it to preschool. It is bigger than other kids' backpacks, but I love how it stands out from other kids' Zoo backpacks. And I love the quality as well! Zippers are smooth, soft material unlike some hard fabric, I also love how it has front buckle to make sure the bag doesn't fall off from the shoulders. It is still a bit big for my 3 year old, but with this high quality, I'm hoping he can use it for longer term!

"New" backpack arrived with damaged pocket and somebody's name written on it. Obviously that is not a new item. Quality seems to be very poor.
