Kay's Crochet Edge Fleece Blade with Kay's 45mm Rotary Cutter Makes Perfect Holes for Crochet Edge Projects

I will give this a two because the handle and over all design is very nice but both of the blades it arrived with were extremely dull. I ordered this for a project I needed to complete with a deadline quickly approaching so I didn't have time to mess around with a return. Due to the poor quality I still ended up making a trip to Joanns and thankfully it was the week of 60 percent off coupons . I purchased replacement blades by Fiskar brand. They fit it perfectly and were very sharp. I would have just replaced the entire item with the coupon but I will say I preferred the handle design and the easy load/change of the blade on the Kay and that is the only reason I give it two stars.

I purchased this to make an edge for a fleece blanket. Simple directions are available from pdf. Looks much neater with crocheted edge. I don't care for the look of the tied fringe blanket so this cutter is perfect. Puts holes near fabric edge so you can easily use crochet hook to create a finished, neat edging

I really like using this product. The blades are easy to switch out and it fits comfortably in my hand. I use the skip blade to pre-poke the holes in the towels so i can crochet the toppers onto them. I will definitely order replacement blades when i need them. I just wish it came with a case to hold the blades separately. But overall I'm very pleased.

Just what I needed. I like to do a crochet edge on blankets and towels and this works great. I really only needed the blade but the extra rotary cutter won't go unused. This way I can keep it just for the edge cutter and save my quilting ones for quilting.

This is everything I hoped it would be! I have a ton of small about a of fleece and now that I have this I am making lovey blankets for kids, just need to add fun little characters on them.Works great!In the past I have used sharp hooks needles and both methods killed my fingers and hands and the spaces were all over the place. With this new skip cutter the edges in my projects look perfect! I would reccomend it and have already told my friends to get one!

Just got this and used it for the first time. It cut through 3 layers of Fleece in one pass and made holes about 1/2" apart just big enough for a yarn needle. Exactly what I needed.

This works very well. Pay attention when you get to the end of your cutting mat, to line up the holes before beginning. There are several ways to make corners. Explore them on Pinterest.

This tool comes in handy when I'm doing a project that is crochet & fleece together. This cuts the fleece putting holes in the fabric that then can be crocheted into the project. Does its job well.
