Began using it today. Yes folks, California valley is still quite warm. Very clear and understandable instructions came with the cooler. DO READ the directions. The power button has to be pressed and held to power ON and OFF. A quick press of the power button will do nothing, and the instructions clearly say to press and hold the power button. It plugs into any USB port. Also includes a battery compartment which is secured with a cross tip screw that I have not removed but I'm assuming I am responsible for the batteries and the compartment is empty. The cooling machine is exactly as described on the box. Works great. First batch of water will go fast because the inside filter needs to saturate. After that, the water lasts much longer. I recommend this for people who don't cool off enough with just a simple desktop air fan. Also has a chamber that holds scented oils if you want your cool air to have a particular scent.

I wish water lasted entire day but for the amount of time I use it when I'm home I refill it maybe 2 times.You don't feel it across the room & it's not expected to cool an entire room.You do feel cooler than compared to a regular fan.With water must be careful not to spill it

I purchased this for my granddaughter and she loves it. She was using 2 fans in her room that didn't do anything but use up electricity. She loves this air conditioner and she's impressed with the many different options to it. She can't thank me enough, in fact she says her room gets so cold now she doesn't have to use the fans anymore. Thank you for this invention. I too will purchase one maybe 2 to give my car air a rest when I am just sitting and listening to the radio. It will be useful when I travel and not have to use my air during the nights of resting my eyes before getting on the road again.

Love this mini air cooler, perfect use for spring to summer time.It's perfect for me when I work in my upstairs home office!

I wrote a previous review but it's getting worse and worse and not working at all and the water/misting function doesn't work at all. I'm having trouble getting a refund and really not happy! Don't buy this piece of junk!

I haven't used this at its full potential (havent filled w/ water) & I still love it! As someone mentioned in another review, do not expect it to cool down a room.

it's powered by USB but I plugged it into a power block such as you use to charge your cell phone. that way as I move it from area to area I can use a regular outlet for charging.

Takes some kind of battery I cannot find. I’ve haven’t been able to use it!
