I analyzed that there are so many things that is NOT FULFILING THE PURPOSE OF SMART TV BOX. Some of them are as mentioned below.1. Remote is not working for most of the apps, In app navigation doesnt support for apps like amazon prime , hotstar, jiotv, netflix etc.2. Video quality is at poorest level in all apps except youtube, that means it is not issue of internet speed. Ckeck attached image.3. Box does not support 8k videos as it is mentioned in description.4. User interface is too much terrible because of non functioning in apps and video control options.5. Display size is not adjustable and the default display is cropped hence menu option in edges and corners of the display are not visible and accessible by remote as well.

I am using X96 Air box for the last two months, not facing any kind of issues. Picture and sound quality is better. while steaming Videos no lagging. Even 4K videos streaming also working without buffering with my 50 Mbps net speed. Love it.
